The plane ride to china was supposed to be about 14 hours, but the pilot got sick so we had to fly to Detroit to pick up a new pilot so we had a 6 hour delay!! So we were on the plane for about 20 hours straight! I think that we all fell asleep at one point but it took a while. We landed 1:30 a.m. shanghai time. and my dads co workers came to get us.We had to get our bags which were really big and heavy.My dads co workers named William and Brian had to come pick us up and by the time we got to our apartment it was like 4:00!! Lets just say it was the longest day ever!!
